Coaching can, among other things, be useful in life situations where you need clarification. It could be a clarification in relation to your jobsituation, personal development or a specific situation where you need to find your way.
Coaching is a conversation where I, neutral and non-consultative, help your development process with so-called open questions that can help you reflect,
so that you can achieve clarification with the issue(s) in question.
Coaching is not about deep crises, trauma or severe problems, in these situations therapy will be more suitable.
It is important for a good result that you have the will to change, dare to be honest and not least, of course, that we have good chemistry.
